This video covers the lovely #nature of Vagamon. There are many things to do in Vagamon and we wanted to show all in detail. So we have divided it into two days, and they will come episode-wise. We started our journey from #bangalore in #car for a long #vacation in Kerala. We started from Palakkad, then visited the famous #guruvayoor temple in #thrissur and on the way to #cochin we visited #athirappillywaterfalls and a few more places, then reached #vagamon. Here in #vagamonhills, we stayed for 2 nights. The first day we visited the #marmala #waterfall and the very beautiful #meadows. And the second day we will visit #ullupunni in #jeep #offroad and #pineforest and a few other palaces.

This is Day 3 of the Sri Lanka Trip. In the second half of the day, we continued our sight seeing, and we reached The Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya, Kandy. Which is one of the most famous botanical gardens in Sri Lanka and a major tourist attraction. The gardens are located about 5.5 kilometers west of the city of Kandy in the Central Province of Sri Lanka, near the Mahaweli River. They were formally established in 1843, though their history dates back to 1371 when King Wickramabahu III kept a court at Peradeniya. During the British colonial period, the gardens were expanded and developed, with many plants being introduced from around the world. It covers a land of 147 acres and is a n important center for botanical research and plant conservation in Sri Lanka. They have over 4,000 species of plants, including orchids, spices, medicinal plants, and palm trees.
