In this episode, we will take you to the majestic city of Tamil Nadu, Mahabalipuram.
It has nice beaches and many old temples which date back to the 6th to 8th century.
Many of the temples were built by the Pallava dynasty followed by the Vijayanagara empires. This place is UNESCO-listed, and you must see enjoy and plan your trip. We started from Bangalore and it took around 5 hours of driving in the car with a couple of breaks in between. We will show the lovely Bay Treasure Hotel which is located on the beach side. We visited the Beach from the hotel on day 1. On day 2, we visited Shore Temple, Mahabalipuram Beach, Krishna's Butter Ball, Panch Rathas, Arjuna's Penance, and many others. After visiting this place you would realize that Pallavas were quite influenced by Mahabharat and all the structures were inspired by the epic.
